Here we have a Wooden Wood 18 Tea Cup and Saucer Knick Knack Wall Colonial Display Shelf 36 1/2 x 20. I would rate it to be in a (8/8+) used vintage shape with normal use marks. You be the expert on the type of wood though, before purchasing.

The finish on it is shiny. It was hard to take a picture of it without the camera flash reflecting glare in the photographs.

It is designed to be hung on the wall. It seems to be sturdy.

The true measurements are 36 1/2" left to right and 20" tall. Front to back measures 5 1/4. The top 2 shelves measure about 4" deep and the bottom shelf measures almost 5 1/4". Each shelf has a grove for the saucer plates to rest in.
