Lovely porcelain teacup and saucer set #2962 "Edlerberry" pattern by Villeroy & Boch of Mettlach, Germany dated 1907. This beautiful matching set has been together for over the past 100 years! This iconic set features a stylized "Jugendstil" aesthetic design with stylized elderberries on branches in a deep navy blue and golden yellow glaze over an ivory background. Saucer measures 5 1/2 across. Teacup measures approximately 4 1/4" across at the handle, 2 1/4" tall.

Nice antique condition with a few 1-2mm nicks but no major damage, no restorations noted. See all photos for more details as they are an integral part of the item description.

Marked on the bottom with the Villeroy & Boch, Mettlach Germany markings and the date of 1907 during the Art Nouveau / Jugendstil era. Great example of the Arts and Crafts era ceramics.
