Vintage tea cups and saucers. 1321 Germany O 20 are the marks on the bottom.

I have researched at some length, but have not come up with the pattern/characters or what company made them. I have had suggested that they are the katzenjammer kids, or tiny todkins. They are cartoon style children chasing each other and playing what could be leapfrog (or he is gonna pinch his butt).

Three teacups and four saucers. Vintage items by nature have signs of use, age and time.
