Royal Worcester Reticulated Double Walled Enameled Jeweled Tea Cup C. 1873 Fabulous rare porcelain bone china reticulated and double walled full size tea cup and saucer.
Decorated with red and turqouise enameled jewels, gold gilding, and beading. The cup and saucer is glazed with a fine brilliant white shiny glazing. These style cups were later made popular by George Owen. Marked on the bottom with a puce Royal Worcester mark with the number 73 below. Has some wear to the gilding and a few missing jewels, but otherwise good condition.
The cup measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 6 1/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
