Rare Antique Haviland Limoges Coffee Pot, 8 Teacups/Saucers Incised Mark 1853

  
The incised mark is Mark A which is the first ever mark used by Haviland upon its inception. Condition is very good for its age.

CONDITION Coffee pot is very heavy and in good condition with minor gold loss and a chip inside its lid. Seven of the 8 teacups is also in good condition with minor gold loss on the outside but considerable gold loss on the inside common to pieces this old. One teacup has a hairline crack (See last photo).

All saucers (10 pieces) have considerable gold loss. DIMENSIONS Coffee pot: Height 10 1/2", 8 1/2" from spout to handle.

Teacups: 2 3/4 in height, 3 3/4 opening at the top. MARKS Haviland incised mark in a tablet. S safe to do so.
