For sale in our store is a vintage Paragon tea cup and matching saucer, a souvenir from the 1954 British Empire Commonwealth Games held in Vancouver, B. This tea cup and saucer are a soft robins egg blue with both a floral and foliage gold accenting around the inside of the tea cup and the border of the saucer. The center of both pieces are cobalt blue with gold text representing the logo of the games. On the back of each piece has a Double Warrant stamp along with the text "By Appointment Fine Bone China England Souvenir of the British Empire & Commonwealth Games Vancouver 1954". 12.7 cm's (5 inches) diameter.
