Over a cobalt blue and cream base. Made of a fine bone china with no wear and no fading or hairlines or crazing. Measures 8.5 wide by 1.5 deep. I try my best to point out and take pictures of what I can, my pictures are crisp and clear and I do point out flaws, please read all my descriptions.
