A beautiful, hand decorated, Staffordshire teacup made by Thomas Bevington Hanley in the later 1800s. Decorated Imari-style design and heavy gold gilding, this delightful teacup and saucer is a stunning beauty either the unique cobalt blue, orange and gold pattern. This splendid antique teacup and saucer are marked with the orange crown inside a six-point star with the initials TB. Both pieces are in excellent, previously owned, antique condition with no cracks or chips.
There is no obvious wear to the finish. This is a rare item that is very hard to find and should not be missed.
