Antique Meissen Tea Cup & Saucer, Unique Shape, Hand Painted

  

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen between 1911 and 1924. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 3/8 inches high. The cup has a little foot and a scrolled handle. Both pieces are hand painted with tiny, colorful buds and sprigs of flowers in bright colors. There is gold trim on the rims and handle.
