An 18 piece set of mismatched Tea Cups, Saucers and Tea Plates. Pretty and dainty, ideal for'shabby chic' tea parties, they have an understated elegance which is refined and light. The perfect hostess gift, mother's day gift or bridal shower gift. They are mismatched, most of them have rare and collectible makers marks on the undersides and they are all genuine vintage/antique porcelain. There is "Royal Limoges", "Jaeger & Co, Bavaria", P.

L Porcelain to name but a few! In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. There is some very slight wear to the gilt trims and they have the slightest beginnings of'hairline crackle' appearing on the glazes, consistent with their age and use. There is no staining on the cups and saucers, they are pristine clean. This set oozes style and authenticity. If you are decorating a country cottage dresser or love the idea of recreating a'traditional afternoon cream tea' for a summer garden party then this set is for you. Such a pretty way to serve tea, alongside your scones with jam and cream or slices of Victoria sponge. They will look pretty with old roses and other vintage prints. There are six different cup and saucer sets, the cups and saucers are matching pairs. The largest cup is 8.5cms/ 3 ¼" diameter x 6cms/ 2¼" deep, the smallest is 7cms/ 2¾" diameter x 4cms/ 1½" deep. The saucers range from 15cms/ 6" diameter to 11cms/ 2¼" diameter. There are six different plates, these do not match the cups and saucers.
