Coalport Adelaide early 19th century Tea and Coffee Set in cobalt Blue with hand painted gold gilt, complete with Duck Spout Teapot, 6 x trios (Tea and Coffee Cup, Saucer), lidded sugar bowl, milk jug, and cake plate. A really stunning shape and colour and very unique. Made by Coalport circa 1835 in the Adelaide cup shape, marked pattern number 6810. Coffee Cups (x6) good vintage condition, no chips or cracks.

Crazing present in some pieces, some colour/gilt fade. Some firing and useage marks. Tea Cups (x6) good vintage condition, no chips or cracks, 2 x small hairlines approx 3cm from rim. Saucers (x6) good vintage condition, crazing present, more colour fade when compared to the cups (a slightly lighter shade).

No chips or cracks with exception of 2 very tiny chips at the underside of 2 plates and 1 small 2cm hairline to the edge of another. Tea Pot - good vintage condition with exception to the duck spout which has broken off leaving a sharp area exposed. Tiny chip to inner rim of pot. There is quite a bit of colour and gilt fade compared to the other pieces (it has obviously been well used), some minor crazing, and some tea staining to the strainer and spout. Lidded sugar bowl and milk jug - good vintage condition, however there are some previous repairs which I have tried to show in the photos - to the handles of the milk jug and sugar bowl, and also the lid of the sugar bowl.

The sugar bowl also has some markings to the interior, and a few small splits within the inner rim which appear to be from manufacture and would not affect the useage (see photo). Some crazing, minor colour fade, firing and use marks present. Cake Plate - good condition, no chips or cracks but there is crazing present.

Some minor colour fade and use marks/staining. All pieces - will have some signs of previous life including some colour/gilt fade, and some crazing, and firing and useage marks are to be expected.
