Aynsley Teacup & Saucer #1033 Cobalt Blue Rose Floral Center Ja Bailey Signed

  
Stunning Aynsley signed Teacup and Saucer set in the Oban shape. The outside of the Teacup is a rich cobalt blue and the inside of the Teacup has a cream background with a beautiful large Cabbage Rose surrounded by lovely hand painted flowers in shades of red, blue, purple and orange.

The teacup is signed by JA Bailey and the backstamp has the number 1033, from what I can make. The saucer has a white underside and center with the same rich cobalt blue to match the teacup. Both pieces are trimmed in a rich gold gilding including the foot of the Teacup and the handle. The Teacup measures approximately 3-11/16" in diameter x 2-1/4" high and the Saucer measures approximately 5-5/8 in diameter.

The Set is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There may be signs from age and storage but no scratches that I can detect.
