SCARCE Aynsley Bailey-type Cabbage Roses Brocade Turquoise Cup & Saucer C1486. Excellent Condition: Pings well, no cracks, chips, crazing or loss of bright gold gilt trim. Vintage Aynsley Crown China, England. SCARCE c1930s Aynsley cabinet cup set featuring Large Pink Cabbage Rose Brocade or Garland on interior of cup and edge of saucer - J. Bailey type (unsigned) rose pattern. Uncommon to find this pattern on a pedestaled cup, this one exhibiting a turquoise exterior. Both pieces are trimmed in bright gold gilt, with gold trimmed foot and handle.

A scarce and very saught-after Aynsley pattern by collectors! Standard size cup and saucer. Excellent Collector's Condition - PING IS A LITTLE OFF - BUT THERE IS NO DAMAGE. No cracks, chips, or loss of bright gold gilt trim. Very limited crazing under cup base and saucer if you look very closely.

Otherwise - looks perfect sitting on display or in use. Matching Aynsley England c1930s backstamps and hand applied pattern number C1549.
