The cups are 3 1/4? The base of the cup reads Made in Delphine China Est 1870 England. The saucers have no cracks or chips but there are utensil marks.

There are seven cups with no chips or cracks. There is one that has a very small glaze chip on the edge and two other cups that each have a hairline that starts from the top of the cup.
